As I understand technology, Worlds Inc think they may sue anyone who makes a game with plenty of people playing online all at once, and that that is essentially what their patent covers. It is beyond ridiculous so that they can sue Blizzard or Activision regardless of whether their games involve in-game on-line interaction. That's a staple of great importance and of gaming. On that basis they could move to make claims over dozens and dozens of other games from unusal companies. I'm pretty certain we were holding not alone responsible for on the internet mmo gaming and can't have any right to claim such a thing.
